Alert on the reform of the law of obligations

The reform of the law of obligations by the 2016-131 order, of the February 10, 2016, published in the 11th Official Gazette, will deeply modify our contract law.
Contracts already signed and those that will be signed before the 1st of October will remain subject to the current law.
Contracts signed from 1 October 2016 shall obey to the new law. It notably includes a pre-contractual obligation of information.
